At Decorallia, we want you to love every candle you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective products.

  • Subject to product availability.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
